About the Role

Perks Private Wealth offers a wide range of financial services including superannuation, estate planning, investment advice and management, insurance, risk protection and aged care advice, just to name a few. With a strong focus on growing and protecting your wealth, our team works closely with both businesses and individuals to provide comprehensive financial advice and ongoing support – we know you work hard for your money, so we work just as hard to make your money work for you. 
Reporting to the Senior Client Service Manager, the Client Service Manager aims to provide high level client support, portfolio administration services and general administrative assistance to the Perks Private Wealth clients and team. As the first point of contact between Advisers, Directors and clients, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities across internal and external administrative functions, including a strong focus on the preparation and lodgement of key financial and strategic client data.   
Further key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in the collection of information for strategic advice
  • Entering meeting agendas, minutes and action plans as required by Advisers
  • Maintaining client review schedules
  • Preparation of Portfolios & Annual Reports
  • Preparation of SOA and ROA Investment Recommendations and documents in line with Advisers instructions
  • Reconcile monthly client portfolios
  • Assist Directors and Advisers as necessary
To be considered for this role you must have: 

  • Extensive career experience within a client facing/administrative environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to forecast client and team needs
  • Industry exposure within professional services 
  • Experience using Financial Planning software e.g. Xplan
  • Experience in the preparation of highly confidential and strategic financial information
  • Qualifications in business, finance and/or administration (desirable)
