The Role  
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will –  
  • Provide end to end project management across the full lifecycle, from initiation to implementation;
  • Be responsible for coordinating, managing and planning key projects;
  • Liaise extensively with subcontractors and project staff;
  • Provide effective service delivery and communication to key stakeholders
  • Carry out site inspections as necessary to ensure works are in accordance with the documentation
Your Profile
The following would be an advantage – 
  • Tertiary qualifications in a property related field
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and efficient time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Ability to present and communicate well in front of colleagues, clients & stakeholders and maintain relationships
