  • Salary $50,000 - $60,000 _ Super dep Experience
  • CLAYTON Location - Monday to Friday

Our Client who is based in CLAYTON and is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. No Real Estate experience necessary, just a great attitude, passion and determination for the Industry.

 
Administration / EA and Office Support within a small Owners Corp team. Opportunity to Progress into Owner's Corporation Management.
Salary $50,000 - $60,000 + Super depending Experience 

Ideally the right candidate will have proven experience in either Owners Corporation or property management administration. 

Some flexibility for Work from Home Options 1-2 Days per week
This role includes administration duties for TWO Managers and their portfolios, giving you a great insight and exposure, preparing you for your next step in your career.

You will be responsible for preparation of documents, letters, notices etc.
Answer calls and transferring to the right department. 
Assisting two managers with their portfolios wherever required as well as other office duties whenever required.
Plus excellent organisational skills will help in this busy role.

About you; 
Administration experience
Great Time Management skills
Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate  (not essential) 
Experience using a Property Management program or Owner's Corp program an advantage but not essential
Corporate Attire  
Excellent Communication & Written skills
