Our growing business needs an outstanding Senior Community Care Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane on a permanent full time position.

About the role
You'll also work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OT’s, Physio’s, EP’s, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Psychologists in providing:
  1. Return to work services,
  2. Corporate Health,
  3. Community Care,
  4. Home Modifications,
  5. NDIS,
  6. Aged Care,
  7. Case Management.
In addition as a senior OT, you'll be in charge of:
  • Supporting management with clinical professional development and training content,
  • Supporting management with clinical mentoring and answering specific clinical queries,
  • Advising junior OT staff in appropriate clinical reasoning and procedures.

Skills and experience
  1. Be degree qualified in occupational Therapy.
  2. Have a current APHRA certificate.
  3. Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of clients.
  4. Enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to contribute to the continued growth of the business.
  5. Be Self-driven, autonomous and disciplined.
  6. Be patient oriented.
