Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we have a newly created opportunity for an enthusiastic and diligent IT Assistant to join our Head Office Team.
This part time casual position (2 days/week) located at our Sippy Downs Head Office will offer you a unique opportunity to learn more about IT and set you up for your new career.

About the role
This role is to provide much needed support and backup to our practices, and you’ll be responsible for:
  • the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems including phone and internet,
  • configuring hardware and software,
  • setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment,
  • providing daily support for computer network users,
  • writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors from time to time,
  • developing contingency plans in case of network failure with the support of our external IT support.
About You
  • Recently Graduated or Currently studying Information Systems.
  • Strong interest in IT.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer networking systems and computer.
  • Excellent knowledgeable about computer hardware and software.
  • Able to troubleshoot network systems and computer hardware.
  • Work independently, manage tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Efficient time management and communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and strive to go above and beyond.
