About the role

Our Office Manager role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OT’s, Physio’s, EP’s, Podiatrists, Dietitians and Psychologists.

Main responsibilities, not limited:
  • Provide an outstanding client/patient experience from the point of reception to departure,
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and client/patient satisfaction,
  • Ensure the office working conditions are pleasant and operated professionally, effectively and efficiently,
  • Provide support to the admin team and the practice leader.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Can oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the Physiotherapy Practice,
  • Is the first point of contact for patients and exceeds expectations,
  • Demonstrates the highest level of customer care & service skills,
  • Is an enthusiastic leader,
  • Shows attention to detail,
  • Is able to problem solve,
  • Is able to work and supervise autonomously,
  • Has intermediate computer skills in MS Office,
  • Is experienced with HICAPS an advantage.

  • Possess relevant degree in administration/business management (preferred),
  • Possess reception/management experience (preferably in the Medical/Health industry),
  • Flexibility to be rostered to work shifts between 7am and 7pm Monday through to Friday.
