Customer Service Specialist

Our client operates a busy call centre where they field inbound calls and emails from their customers. Their next customer support specialist will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting their extensive range of health, wellbeing & fitness tech products.

If you are technologically savvy, have experience troubleshooting technical faults over the phone and want to continuously expand your knowledge with a wide range of tech products, then we want to hear from you!

Fitness buffs with a heavy call centre background are also welcome to apply!

The Role:

• Inbound calls & email support (Troubleshooting technical issues with products)
• Ongoing training (New & existing products, evolving technology)
• Maintain product knowledge
• Document and report failures, product improvements, & issues impacting customer satisfaction
• Work in the office for the duration of your probation and eventual flexibility to work from home will be provided

We are looking for someone who has:

• A car to get to and from the office (Mandatory)
• Clear and strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• A technical mindset and passion for all thing’s technology/IT related
• Prior call centre experience is a must
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in a product support role is highly desirable
