ROLE SUMMARY:
  
You will work in the Trilogy International Limited (TIL) Operations Team and report to the Supply Chain Manager - Trilogy. The primary focus of your role will be to: 
  • Coordinate Domestic and Export sales orders for Trilogy.
  • Manage Finished Goods (FG) inventory levels and accuracy at Trilogy 3PL locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to TIL being the best supplier our customers do business with.
  • Contribute to an efficient, effective and sustainable supply chain.
  • Be the NetSuite Logistics champion for the Operations team and wider business
This role is a full-time (40 hours a week), permanent position based in central Auckland.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
Logistics Co-ordination (40%)
  • Process both domestic and export market orders for Trilogy sales team, ensuring shipping deadlines are met and customer orders are delivered in line with demand forecast.
  • Schedule 3PL partners to, pick, pack and dispatch freight, prepare export paperwork and coordinate shipments with Freight Forwarders for timely delivery.
  • Plan, book and process replenishment shipments of domestic and export inter warehouse stock transfers.
  • Issues resolution as necessary with warehousing and logistics providers, internal team and customers.
  • Coordinate freight quotes and estimates for sales planning
Inventory Control (40%)
  • Maintain physical & system FG inventory accuracy through routine stock takes, reconciliations and approved adjustments.
  • Proactively manage NZ and AU warehouse inventory, identifying issues and seeking timely resolutions to exceptional stock scenarios.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock is available in market for agreed new product and promotional launch timings
  • Responsible for stock status and SLOB reporting to the business and actively manage end of life product
  • Inventory reporting as agreed e.g. weekly SOH reporting, Stock Status.
  • Manage Trilogy office based stock replenishment and reconciliation.
  • EOM/EOY Complete month end tasks as required to meet business reporting deadlines.
QC (5%)
  • Assist with resolving QC related issues within the supply chain.
Ad hoc (15%)
  • Coordinate NZ-based re-work of SKUS with 3rd party suppliers as directed.
  • NetSuite super user for the Operations team.
  • Provide cover and support as necessary to team.
  • Adhoc tasks and reporting as agreed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Functional Skills
  • Experience in a similar logistics role - ideally three plus years' experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and numerical skills.
  • Has used ERP systems (NetSuite experience will be an advantage).
