You will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating strategies to launch partners and set them up for ongoing success through measurable campaigns and co-marketing initiatives to drive consumer demand. 
You will have a strong understanding of partner lifecycle management & funnel optimisation and a proven track record of developing data-driven tactics to prioritise efforts and drive impact. You will work collaboratively across the organisation – GM Sales and Solution Delivery, Sales Enablement / Zip Launch Office, Integrations, Data, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Field Managers, and various marketing channel and product owners. Occasional domestic travel is required.

What will the role look like?
  • Take leadership/responsibility for the onboarding and launch of partners, including the development of partnership strategies and activation plans to deliver mutual growth. 
  • Includes the continued optimisation of systems and processes for seamless onboarding, launching and stabilisation of partners. Strategy & Planning 
  • Deeply immerse yourself in the world of partners, building a rich appreciation of their businesses and a detailed understanding of their objectives, opportunities and challenges. 
  • You will drive the planning approach, assuming ownership of workshops, WIPs etc fuelled by insight and expertise. 
  • Instil in the team an ‘objectives and measurement-focused’ mindset, enabling us to build a full and true picture around the impact of each, and every partnership. 
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define Zip’s value proposition for our partners, including proof points (new &/or existing) to substantiate. 
  • Create strategies to influence the adoption of Zip POS and digital BPI (best practice integration) through partner channels, executed to Zip standards. Includes leveraging and maximising partner channels to amplify Zip messaging e.g. emails, website, social. 
  • Help drive the development [through Product Manager] of partner specific product enhancements and solutions. 
  • Establish budgets, financial models, performance metrics, and tracking systems for regular analysis and reporting. 
  • Continued experimentation of all marketing initiatives/campaigns to test and learn, then scale where applicable.
  • Support team by providing relevant partner content as required for use in newsletters, product and campaign updates etc.
  • Work with team to maintain a current library of partner resources. 
  • Drive Zip brand consistency of look, tone and feel across all partner customer touchpoints and communications. 
  • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate partners and their consumers. 
  • Drive conception, design and develop content, messaging, tools and resources required to support partners as required, including merchandise.
