About my client

My client is is a locally owned and operated Business Technology Centre employing staff across SA. They work with Small Business, Medium and Enterprise customers throughout the region to understand and grow their customers' businesses through a suite of ICT solutions.
They partner with Australia’s largest telecommunication and technology brands, such as Telstra, Cisco and Microsoft to bring simple, innovative solutions to local customers, businesses, Government and Enterprise organisations.
Their clients are supported by skilled technical operations team based in Hindmarsh for all their phone system, networking and ICT requirements from installation to ongoing maintenance and support. 

About the role 
  • This is a largely a client facing role as it will own a number of initiatives across delivering environment/security/communications audits
  • Conducting audits for clients on your own and then presenting your findings to clients (with support of an Account Manager).
  • There is also an element of solutions architecture here, providing inputs to our Head of ICT Sales in terms of the products and services they sell in response to the audit findings.
  • You will also have the opportunity to build on or gain automation/scripting experience
  • You will be interested in driving implementation and improvement programs across tools that are used in supporting clients. 
About your background
  • You will have 5 years experience in an Australian MSP
  • Experience working with a range of technologies in a Systems Administrator/Engineer capacity.
  • Experience with RMM (Remote Management and Monitoring) tools and Microsoft M365 technologies a distinct advantage.
