142 bed facility, modern multi level site, needs experienced Aged Care Manager to continue the quality client care, great work and culture.

Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) are currently recruiting a full time Residential Manager to lead our 142 bed Duhig Village Residential Aged Care facility in Holland Park.  Duhig Village is steeped in history for SCCQ and after considerable redevelopment, the home is stylish, modern and luxurious.

As a SCCQ Residential Manager, you will lead a team of staff and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents. This includes providing individualised and holistic care, meeting the resident’s needs and upholding quality services aligned with organisational standards.

This position is also accountable and responsible for the financial management and achievement of the business plan for the site.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of operational performance within Aged Care, relishes the accountability of this type of role and empowers others to be accountable for their remit, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong stakeholder management and sound commercial acumen
  
A clinical background is highly desirable for this role; however we will consider applicants with demonstrated aged care experience encompassing large site management, strong commercial acumen, solid leadership, change management skills and the ability to drive and improve cultural aspects.
