Internal Recruiter looking for a change or Experienced Rostering Coordinator. Perm full time roles in convenient southside location. Salary packaging

Who are we looking for – Systems savvy and service delivery focused Rostering Coordinators who enjoy partnering with local managers to design and produce rosters to meet client needs.
Also ideal for Recruiters who have managed temporary contracts/labour hire arrangements for their client base and are looking to broaden their experience and put their transitional skills to something different.
Aged Care and or Health and Hospital sector experience a bonus!
What will this role do – Coordinate rosters and resources to deliver reliable, efficient and effective operational services to customers.  Work with local site management to ensure maximisation of employee resources through forward planning and tactical rostering practices.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based in the convenient southside location of Upper Mt Gravatt.  Parking options as well as public transport handy.
