        Core job responsibilities and capabilities include:
  • Payroll function (MYOB)
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Administration database maintenance
  • Recruitment support and resourcing
  • Marketing social media

    To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:

  • Demonstrated record of success within an accounts payable and receivable environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MYOB and finance administration systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with payroll and creditors.
  • Knowledge of Fair Work Australia and award requirement (ideal).
  • Reception experience (meeting and greeting clients, strong communication skills).
  • Strong administration and database utilisation skills.
  • Eye for social media marketing (ideal).
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Thrives on being very busy.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to work in the recruitment world.

Based in Geelong West, this exciting role is working closely together with the Branch Manger to work on payroll, administration, recruitment support and marketing.  This is a very important and busy position that requires a talented individual capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
 
The successful person will have exceptional presentation and computer skills, outstanding phone manner and communication skills, have a thorough understanding of the payroll function and desire to learn the recruitment game.
 
You will come with a can-do approach to help drive business performance through using initiative and self motivation to achieve.  Being a positive person you will care for people and want to make a true difference in what you do for both the client and the candidate.
