Our client is a sought-after agency offering an opportunity to a current Head of Department, or Senior Property Manager wanting to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will lead the team by example and develop the Property Management Department further through strategic and operational guidance. A key focus will be providing knowledge & support to the leasing/property team to ensure their clients receive the best returns on their investments.

Your Role
The role is a Senior Position working alongside a polished Property Management Department. The key focus will be to oversee a team along with support from an amazing Principal.
  • Nurturing and providing ongoing support to the people in your team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the department, addressing any concerns team members may have
  • Ensuring KPI's are met and conducting staff one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
  • Reporting to the Principal on the performance or any concerns of the department
  • Managing any escalated Landlord/Tenant issues
  • QCAT attendance if and when required
  • Trust Accounting
  • Involvement in improving systems, processes to ensure the business is efficient
  • Monday to Friday only

The Skills & Experience
To be successful for this opportunity, you will need to love leading a team, along with having a positive attitude to managing unique situations that may arise time to time!
  • Minimum three years as a Senior Property Manager
  • Proven ability of leadership skills
  • A valid certificate of Registration (a must)
  • A valid Drivers License
  • Have a can-do attitude, along with a firm but fair management approach
  • The ideal candidate would also have previous experience having overseeing 3-5 staff
