This role is for someone who has experience in Real Estate and is looking for a rewarding and long-term career in the industry.


About the Role:

  • Assist the Sales Team
  • Liaise with vendors and clients
  • Put together appraisals and listing packs
  • Manage CRM database
  • Arrange photoshoots and other bookings
  • Create web listings and manage marketing
  • All sales admin duties
  • Diary management
  • Ad hoc duties for the Sales Team as required
 
About You:
  • Real Estate Agent's Certificate
  • Sales Admin/Sales PA experience 
  • Full, clean drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Live relatively locally
  • Organised and helpful
  • Immaculately presented 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Reliable and great time management
  • Experience using property software and strong computer skills
