Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Work closely with the managing director to develop and deliver marketing strategies company-wide;
- Work with the real estate team to ensure their property marketing is in line with company expectations;
- Implementation of plans and campaigns including EDMs, content development and collateral design;
- Proactively monitoring and analysing property trends and competitor activity;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues to see the project through to completion;
- Provide reports and attend any project related meetings as required;
- Mentor coordinators and junior team members.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing within the property sector;
- Have previous experience mentoring junior team members and leading small teams;
- Have outstanding communication skills (both written and verbally);
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Communication.
