Fundraising Support Phone Consultant

Help Cancer Council Queensland provide exceptional customer service and assistance on the phone to benefit those affected by cancer.

We are looking for people with good interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude, to join our supporter services team, based in Fortitude Valley. This role supports the delivering of a high standard of customer service, and this includes assisting the fundraising team to make outbound calls, welcoming and thanking donors for their ongoing support  and mentoring current fundraisers during their fundraising journey. At times, this role will assist with administration duties that support the fundraising team such as data entry, kit packing and assisting with mailings. 

This is an opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in fundraising development and to develop your communication and administration skills in the not for profit sector. It is also an opportunity for a person with these existing skills, who is wanting to give their time for a good cause. 

This role is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday during business hours, four to six hours a day. Lunch is provided and limited free parking is available.
