Cancer Council Queensland Volunteers

Cancer Council Queensland is looking for volunteer drivers to provide a safe and professional transport service on a weekly or casual basis

Cancer Council Queensland is looking for 4 volunteers to provide a safe and professional transport service, using CCQ's vehicles, for local cancer patients and their caregivers to access their treatment on a weekly or casual basis.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with your local community and make a practical difference in people’s lives. You will need a current C class drivers licence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patients. If you are reliable and punctual with an approachable nature, we would love to hear from you.

Volunteers will need to complete relevant training and a refresher training annually thereafter. All volunteers will need to complete a crim check application at no expense to you.

To apply, please click on the Apply Now button and complete the Volunteer Application Form. It is unnecessary to include your cover letter or resume.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Volunteer Hotline on 1300 851 957
