Due to continued growth our client is currently looking for a Bookings Administrator, commencing ASAP with possible ongoing work to the right candidate. This versatile role will be based within the clients Smithfield Warehouse.
  
About the role (but not limited):
  • General warehouse administration and adhoc duties
  • Transport booking
  • Reporting to warehouse Manager
  • Customer service
  • Working closely with transport portals and systems
  • Daily reporting
  
To be successful for the role:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Transport bookings
  • Clear understanding of Vehicle types and sizes
  • Experience in transport/ carrier to client bookings 
  • Previous experience working with carrier and client booking portals (i.e. Coles, Woolworths) preferable
  • Competent with MS office
  • Availability Mon-Fri. 8am to 4pm with flexibility to do OT where required
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable and punctual is an absolute must!
  
Additional Information: 
Pay rate - $30 p/hour
Roster - Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
