We are seeking Disability Support Coordinator to work in Preston who are highly motivated and keen to join the team. You will help people with disability achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

You will play a key part in the support services team, managing different case requirements of the team members. You will also be involved in managing a case load which includes support coordination in line with NDIS, which includes regular interactions with the team members. 

As an effective communicator with well-developed listening skills, you will be an organised person who likes to work within a team environment. Showing concern for others and a genuine interest in helping people to achieve their potential, you are an honest person striving to make a difference in the community.

Minimum requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in a similar role such as social worker, physiotherapist, occupational or speech therapist, registered nurse or Disability Support Worker is a Plus 
  • Relevant Degree in Disability or Healthcare
  • Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook with a willingness to-embrace new technology
  • Ability to priorities and manage own caseload on a daily basis
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills
  • Unrestricted VIC driver’s licence and access to motor vehicle with insurance
  • We are open to both candidates with considerable experience, as well as recent graduates
  • Current Working With Children 
  • Current Police Check
  • Right to work in Australia with no work restrictions
  • Can start immediately
