Receptionist/ Bookkeeping + Nanny + House Manager - Templestowe


Seeking a Nanager to help a busy family with school pick ups, home management, and if possible - reception/ admin work.

Days & Hours:
Monday to Thursday
12pm - 7pm
*HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE - Ability to increase to 30 - 40 hours per week for candidates that have admin/ reception/ bookkeeping experience. 

Childs age: 2 boys 5(yo + 3yo)

Employment pay rate: $28/ hour + superannuation + workers compensation
*OFFER NEGOTIABLE -  If you have extensive experience in all areas (Nanny + home management + Admin/ reception/ bookkeeping this role will move to generous full-time, salary offer.  

Job Requirements
We will not continue with your application unless you hold the following minimum criteria:
  • Permanent Australian Resident
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR
  • 2 years paid experience working with children (or raising your own children)
  • 2 outstanding references from your time working in childcare
  • Experience in Admin/ reception work/ bookkeeping *Preferred

Your new role: 
This busy family is looking for the perfect Nanager to support them not only in the home but hopefully helping out with their business also.  First and foremost, they are looking for someone to bond and care for their two busy boys (both in full-time care).  Each day you will pick up and care for the boys.  Alongside this, the family is looking for someone to be their right-hand support in not only the home but their business also.  The final role, hours and offer will be dependant on your experience in the areas they family are seeking help.  Once we complete your application we will build the right role for you.

To extend the hours (25+/ week), the family are looking for a home manager to support them with the following:
  1. Cooking healthy meals
  2. Organisation and tidying
  3. Laundry management
  4. Running small errands
To extend the hours again (30 - 40 hours/ week), the family are looking for a Nanager who also holds experience in some/ all the following:
  • Reception work
  • Admin and business support
  • Bookkeeping
