Utilities company seeking a Project Change Analyst in Brisbane for an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension

Prepare for and deliver organisational change management activities for successful business and cultural outcomes resulting from the Finance and Asset Management Solution (FAMS) replacement with SAP S/4Hana. This position works with the Change Team and reports directly to the FAMS Change Lead.

Key Accountabilities:

• Working with the Change and Project Teams and business representatives to deliver change management outcomes for the project and set the business up for success beyond go-live

• Contribute to the assessment of changes and impacts to the organisation and ensure the scope of change is understood and clarified early

• Understand the changes across people, process and systems taking into consideration organisational culture, change readiness and leadership requirements to embed the changes effectively

• Contribute to the execution of work packages encompassing change management and business readiness activities to support the FAMS implementation as well as the broader business strategy

• Prepare, coordinate and facilitate two-way engagement and workshops with stakeholders and groups across the organisation to raise change awareness, inform project deliverables and work through what the changes mean for individuals and teams

• Plan, prepare, deliver and coordinate transparent communication to key stakeholder groups

• Work collaboratively with project team members and the Business Units (e.g. Learning & Development, People & Culture, ICT, Operations) to deliver project outcomes

• Positively promote and actively role model the organisation values and behaviours to support the delivery of our services


Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated understanding and application of an established change framework
• Excellent Formal and informal written communications and verbal presentation
• Demonstrated excellent facilitation skills in the delivery of information sessions, workshops, and discussions in both face-to-face and virtual environments

Experience / Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop understanding of an organisation and develop activities that shape organisational culture through effective change strategies
• Demonstrated experience in influencing others, including experience in supporting change and continuous improvement, preferably in a finance or asset management environment
• Understanding and experience in supporting the management of change within an established and geographically dispersed organisation
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent large-scale change management experience in a project environment
