 About the Role

This role will be required to work within a multidisciplinary program team that includes varying degrees of matrix management and the need to be flexible in working across boundaries and undertaking any task required to deliver an outcome.

Key Requirements 

• A minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with proven experience  in delivering key transformation projects with significant technology components.
• Experience working as part of portfolios or programs that incorporated business transformation as well as IT change.
• Experience managing multiple activities concurrently.
• Experience in vendor management.
• A high-level knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, gateways, project/program management delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience using the MS Office suite of applications and previous experience in the use of MS Project. 
• Experience developing and collating performance reporting which are meaningful to executive stakeholders and other relevant parties.
• Excellent skills in the development, implementation and management of technology related projects.
• Demonstrated ability in building positive relationships with key business, change and technology stakeholders.
• High level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes in an organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and present executive and board level submissions.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Prima Vera.
