About the Role

The purpose of the Technical Foundations Organisational Change Manager position is to work with the technical teams that will be impacted by the implementation of the platform to understand the change impacts to these teams through the introduction of the related work packages and support them through the changes that will result due to the implementation of a new technology platform, redesigned business processes and new organisational capabilities.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Highly motivated individual with a knowledge of change management methodologies and best practice and experience in implementing change management within complex ICT transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated recent experience in the delivery of business lead change to support the implementation of cross-agency programs of work involving delivery of complex ICT solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and change readiness assessments and to manage related artefacts
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a and written communication skills, including the ability to draft communication for, present confidently to and gain the confidence of leaders, IT professionals, peers and stakeholders.
Highly Desirable
  • Organisational Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI)
  • Experience in public sector, particularly in the delivery of transformative ICT solutions for social services delivery
  • Experience in an AGILE environment
