The Role: 

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is flexible and has the ability to keep up with such a fast paced role. The business is set to grow even more over the coming years so the ability to wear many hats and add to their team values is essential.  
  
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Contributing to the performance and success of the company
  • Oversee inwards goods
  • Organizing various meetings
  • Scheduling for Team, Flights, Appointments & Rentals
  • Managing the office and other employees 

Experience Needed: 
  • Experience as an Executive/ Personal Assistant at a senior level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong self-management and organisation
  • Office Management experience
