An opportunity has become available for a CRM manager to join a well-known Australian fashion retailer, and nurture their CRM platform, social strategies and digital space.

This is an exciting role, where you can have your own unique impact and bring the CRM journey to life!

Key responsibilities:
  • Analysis of the database
  • Customer insights and persona mapping, to maximise engagement
  • Managing, implementing and optimizing CRM strategies
  • Identifying and utilising digital marketing opportunities
  • Platform optimisation and maintenance
  • Data analysis and reporting to recommend improvements
  • Market segmentation and targeted marketing activities
  • A/B testing and develop channel strategies to convert leads, prospects and retain customer base

Key skills required:
  • Demonstrated experienced in a similar role
  • Proven B2C experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of CRM omni-channel strategy
  • Previously developed and delivered CRM campaigns in various channels
