The role:

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Talent acquisition and retention 
  • Assisting and advising with daily employee relations, queries and issues
  • Overseeing payroll and renumeration and compensation
  • Assisting in improving policies and processes
  • Developing new business initiatives
  • Updating and maintaining all HR paperwork and records
  • Undertaking WHS investigations and performance management processes
