Report into the GM of Marketing and work collaboratively with marketing and digital teams to create the long term social media strategy. This is a highly creative and analytical role with objectives to drive traffic, engagement and brand awareness through social media channels. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create the social media strategy
  • Generate ideas for social media content
  • Run multiple social media platforms
  • Manage creative and digital agencies
  • Implement the social media strategy
  • Create and develop inspiring content
  • Educate stakeholders on the importance of social media
  • Participate in campaign development 
  • Drive engagement, following and growth across social
  • Report on performance and make recommendations for improvements
Skills & Expertise
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail Industry is essential
  • Strong social media skills
  • Experience using social media tools (Hootsuite, Schedugram, Google Analytics or similar)
  • Strong creative and analytical skills 
  • Ability to collaborate but also independently
