Operation HR Specialist

Assist the line Manager with the continuously improving performance in the center's through the implementation of appropriate HR solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Assist with implementing global and country level strategies and policies to meet store requirements and business needs.
  • Develop an excellent understanding of operational issues and business requirements to collaborate with the line manager in contributing to HR Management decisions.
  • Offering support and advice on all HR solutions and services to the General Manager
  • Assist in labour relations functions in the stores to guarantee regulations are complied with. Also liaising with unions and representatives 
  • Partner with retail operations to manage absences, identifying actions to be taken and ensuring all policies are followed
  • Coordinate with needs for learning and development department 
  • Manage the staff rosters
  
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
  • Hr Bachelors Degree is absolutely essential for this role
  • Minimum 3-4 years in a similar HR retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent time management, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Deadline driven and results focused
