- Develop and map out customer journey
- Analyse customer insights and develop customer segments
- Optimise the customer life cycle and implement improvements
- Execute and send out emails and create paid social advertisements
- Liaise with global head office and build strong relationships
- Provide recommendations based on insights and findings
