Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and map out customer journey 
  • Analyse customer insights and develop customer segments 
  • Optimise the customer life cycle and implement improvements 
  • Execute and send out emails and create paid social advertisements
  • Liaise with global head office and build strong relationships
  • Provide recommendations based on insights and findings
  • Report back on performance and KPIs

To be successful:
  • Previous experience in a CRM focussed role
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Selligent, IBM, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign or similar
