As a newly created role, this standalone position reports directly to the brand owner, and is responsible for building and driving the facilities HR function. This will be achieved through providing expert coaching, advice, and solutions that support the organisational culture and result in improved business performance.

The HR Business Partner must be a true generalist at heart and will be able to think on their toes in a face paced environment. This role will also be responsible for facilitating change management, recruitment and the implementation of values that reflect the day to day operations of the business.

In order to be successful, you will demonstrate/possess the following:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a People & Culture or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a retail apparel business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of OH&S as well as current legislations
