A leading FMCG business within the health, wellness and beauty industry are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead an extremely exciting and fundamental portfolio within their business.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Define a 5 year portfolio plan, brand growth strategies and financial plan
  • Identify, analyse and plan for risks and opportunities to optimise portfolio performance
  • Oversee collaborative and integrated sales and marketing approach with aligned business and customer strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify key consumer insights identifying opportunities to unlock profitable and sustainable core brand growth
  • Develop and progress a high performing team
  • Build and nurture long lasting strategic relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Develop TTL marketing communications including ATL, BTL, Digital & Social Media
Skills and experience 
To match with the business values and fit this role you will:
  • Minimum 3 years Marketing Manager experience
  • 10 years + experience within a FMCG consumer business
  • Proven track record for strategic brand growth and development
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the FMCG space
  • Ability to drive, motivate and challenge the status quo
