About the role
  • Management of sales, purchase orders, invoicing & delivery schedules
  • Coordinate purchase order with internal overseas buying office and planning team  
  • Responsible for analysis of SOH across Key Retail Partners, preparing analysis and reports for the National Sales Manager
  • Assist with Product sampling and handling 
  • Compiling delivery sheets to ensure orders are delivered accurately and timely
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure on time delivery

Skills and experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in buying/planning/logistics/sales 
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge 
  • Strong communicator 
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
