  • $104,005 + super + salary packaging + help with relocation & accommodation

Our client is looking for a strong leader to oversee a wide portfolio of services from their Tennant Creek Office. Reporting directly to the General Manager the position is responsible for the supervision and direct management of Lead Practitioners, and other key operational roles including Clinical positions.

Previous experience within in Human Services; housing, counselling, family support, disability, aged care or similar will be highly desirable coupled with a tertiary qualification in a related discipline.

The ability to supervise, coach, and mentor staff and lead change will be essential for the service. You will form a key part of the leadership team and contribute to the development of the whole organisation.
You will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications human services
  • Proven ability to develop partnerships, promote service capability, and to represent the organisation in a consistently professional manner.
  • Ability to develop partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and other services
  • At least 5 years experience with managing and supporting diverse staff groups including the capacity to provide strong leadership and supervision to staff (some clinical staff)
  • Ability to work to targets, meet deadlines and manage compliance of all office functions
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt as required
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the core areas of service delivery for this region (for example; housing, family and children's services, mental health, disability or domestic violence)
