About the Role:

This is an initial 6-month contract with extension to go beyond 12 months for an experience Senior to Lead Experience Designer.
  
The role is based in the Sydney CBD and is based on site at a well known and established financial organisation.   The client is currently lacking key capabilities to address a number of challenges and customer needs which poses an increasing risk to the existing business and limits its ability to expand further into the market.
  
A detailed plan has been developed for FY20 to address the key capabilities gaps in the current business and uplift the existing product and marketing presence.
  
Requirements of the Role:
  • 4-5 years of experience working in Customer & User Experience
  • Experienced in developing end-to-end customer experience
  • Strong background in service design (i.e. touchpoints servicing, creating service blueprint etc.)
  • Banking and/or Finance Services or Healthcare experiences desired
  • Preferably Sydney based
  • Experience with Service blueprint tools, Sketch and invision
  
Deliverables of the Role:
  • Need assistance designing the end-to-end customer experience
  • How it would work/touchpoints/servicing
  • Map out the end-to-end customer experience, potentially re-designing it
  • Utilise Service Design to produce To-Be state
