Highland Property Group is Sutherland Shire's most highly respected and innovative real estate agency. Established since 2007 with just 6 team members, we are now over 120 staff and growing, with three thriving offices based within the Shire.  We are currently looking for a professional and creative photographer who has previously experience within a corporate environment, who loves to present beautiful locations through photos and represent our successful brand. This position will be working alongside our existing photographer, sharing the workload and responsibilities.

This part time position requires commitment to Saturday work (9am - 1pm)

Duties including but not limited to:
  • Part time role - 3 days per week (flexible on the days) and working half day on Saturdays
  • On location at residential properties throughout the Sutherland Shire, for sales or rental photography
  • Working closely with both agents and owners for the best outcome on property presentation
  • Styling property (directing and assisting to move furniture, clearly space)
  • 3 – 4 properties per day
  • Joint responsibility for individual and team profile shoots
  • In-house processing: Photoshop images and uploading to Sales Active Folder in High Res and Low Res imagery
  • Directing and liaising with agents on best photography timing/angles/location/vision for each shoot
  • Joint responsibility for company events and sponsorships (auctions, company meetings, charity events, company sponsorships, spring fairs, in-house Christmas parties etc)
  • Managing the editing process for each shoot: edit and upload to internal HP Drive and liaising closely with the Marketing Manager for the best options to submit corporate requirements
  • Edit and upload residential pics on HP Drive – liaising closely with the Marketing Associate and agents for the best photo options to submit for advertising
Program Experience:
  • Photoshop
  • Lightroom
Supplies Required:
  • Must have your own camera and a reliable car
  • Camera type needed is a professional SLR
    • Cannon 5D or above
    • Nikon D610 or above
What you need to be a success within this role:
  • Confident in working under pressure
  • Team player
  • Previous photography experience within RE or architecture is highly desirable
  • A creative eye and always wanting to push your ability and work to the next level
  • People Person – you are walking into someone’s house so needs to be confident with interpersonal skills
  • Need a current driver’s license
  • Presentable, well-groomed and smart dressed
  • Drivers license and own car
