We are looking for a 'sales expert' - a high achiever in sales with experience in Real Estate Sales (property management, residential or commercial). Someone who works towards KPI's and targets and well under pressure to join our Commercial Property Management Team as a Business Development Manager. This is a full time position working within a very fast paced environment, with training provided.

Highland Property Agents exploded onto the real estate scene in 2007, and since then the company has gone from strength to strength. We have two offices based at Cronulla and Sutherland with over 120 staff members. We have a steady stream of hiring due to natural growth, which is extremely exciting as with growth comes opportunity and progression. We provide staff with exceptional support through training, mentorship and in-house processes.

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Prospecting (cold calling) for new property management listings
  • Building relationships within the commercial sector (industrial, retail)
  • Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets 
  • Proactively identifying potential new clients
  • Establish and maintain the client database 
  • Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
  • Maintain an accurate, up to date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
  • Prepare photos, signboards and advertisements for available rental properties
  • Assist and attend open homes
  • Prepare and conduct in-going reports, when required
  • Working cohesively with the Commercial PM team to reach a united goal
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous sales or PM experience - working towards targets/KPI's
  • Must be driven by sales and reaching KPI’s
  • Confident sales telephone manner
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working well under pressure
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong objection handling skills
  • Confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • High level knowledge of the relevant local area
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Team orientated 
  • Must be presentable
