The Company:
Highland Property Group exploded onto the real estate scene in 2007, and since then the company has gone from strength to strength. We are a family owned agency with offices based in Cronulla, Sutherland and Taren Point and soon to open in St George with 120 staff : ranked “No 1 RE Agency Nationwide” in 2019. We provide staff with exceptional support through training, mentorship, personal development and in-house processes.

The Role:
Our team has an exciting opportunity for a full time IT Operations role that will work between each of our offices, depending on the internal requirement. This opportunity requires someone who is a keen problem solver, solutions driven, have a can-do attitude and show initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Administration of hardware and software systems
  • Training new and existing staff on CRM system usage (training on this)
  • Troubleshoot support issues, incidents and server outages
  • Escalate issues to external vendor suppliers as required
  • Support the intranet and business applications
  • Coordinating and updating the IT systems
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with our external IT contact for high level requests/issues
  • Managing the office alarm codes and phone systems
  • Induction involvement for IT requirements
  • Ensure all backups are monitored within the appropriate timeframe with any failures escalated accordingly
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
  • IT support experience is preferrable
  • Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software
  • Well-developed people and relationship skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast faced environment
  • Willing to drive between offices based on internal requirements
  • Puts the customer at the centre of everything we do
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
