WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
We are looking for someone who has a strong focus on selling stock, driven by hitting targets and making sales. This is a full time position for a selling agent looking to join a busy projects team with a vast amount of current and upcoming stock – spanning predominantly across the Sutherland Shire, as well as the Inner West and Western Sydney areas.
  
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Taking and addressing inbound enquiry
  • Meeting targets and smashing KPI’s : weekly and quarterly
  • Self-confident sales person with an acknowledged history of managing project sites for sale
  • Keeping abreast of stock available and competing project sales and prices
  • Negotiating to exchange
  • Managing relationships with buyers through to settlement
  • Communication with potential and existing developers, vendors and customers
  • Assisting the team to reach targets, including your individual targets
  • Assisting purchasers through the sales process
  • Contributing to sales activities and events
  • Representing the Highland brand at the project display suites
  • Maintaining and updating sales systems and processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE:
  • MUST have a Certificate of Registration or RE License (legal requirement)
  • Must have right to work in Australia
  • Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
