About the position

We are a growing sales team who need highly motivated individuals to join us as Enrolment Consultants who can positively influence a student’s decision to study and ensure Open Colleges is their preferred study choice.
  • Promote our courses through a consultative process, appropriately matching student needs to relevant courses through a pre-sale and sale/conversion process.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have made an inquiry and are expecting your call (no cold calling ever), identifying their individual needs and future goals, and advising them of the most suitable course to undertake with Open Colleges.
  • Full-time rotating roster between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday with the potential of opting for additional Saturday work when the need arises (although not compulsory).
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline; and
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding your monthly enrolment, conversion, and call quality targets and KPIs.

  • Possess several years of sales experience gained selling high value products
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline
