What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for the delivery of training and assessing of students undertaking the Diploma of Nursing.
  
Facilitation: Conduct competency-based training of learners using a range of delivery modes including face-to-face, mixed-mode, workplace based, external and online.
Clinical Facilitation: Conduct clinical facilitation in hospitals and age care facilities
Assessing: Assessment of learners
Administration: Complete administrative tasks associated with training provision in a timely and accurate manner, including the maintenance of accurate learner records.
  
How to get the job:
If you consider that you are good at what you do and can demonstrate the following.
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
  • Minimum 5 years nursing experience working in the Australian Health Care System.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 with upgrades, OR TAE40116 OR relevant higher-level qualification
  • Demonstrated academic teaching experience including planning, delivering, evaluating and assessing clinical skills, classroom and online learning.
  • Familiarity with the ANMC Competency Standards for the Enrolled Nurse and the NMBA Competency Standards for the Registered Nurse.
