As a Trainer & Assessor – CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services and CHC40413 Certificate IV in Youth Work you will be in a key educational position to drive student satisfaction and learner progression within the School of Health. 
Your Responsibilities may include
  • Mark assessments & provide constructive and timely feedback to our students
  • Respond to student queries and ensure up-to-date and engaging content of our student portal
  • Conduct Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and workplace assessments
  • Moderate online forums and facilitate online learning activities 
  • Constantly improve learning materials 
  • Facilitate online learning webinars and Skill Development Workshops
  • Workplace visits
  • Other responsibilities as outlined in the position description
Your Skills & Experience
The below criteria are mandatory to ensure regulatory compliance:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including Units of Competency TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development
  • Other minimum qualifications as outlined in the position description
  • Relevant professional industry experience (must be considered current according to industry standards)
  • Knowledge of AQF 2013 and other relevant accreditation schemes
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Superior student and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
·        Experience in competency-based training delivery & assessment
·        Current registration with AHPRA as a RN or EEN (Where applicable)
·        Other interpersonal skills as outlined in the position description
