The Job:
This pivotal role has been created to support the leadership team in providing deeper data analysis and commercial insights, thus enabling more informed strategic decision making in relation to e-commerce, customer experience and digital marketing.
You will be responsible for:

• Managing data and reporting
• Identifying data insights and trends
• Presenting data in a more meaningful way
• Providing commercial insights  

Your skills:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• A successful track record of complex data analysis and insight identification
• Experience in an e-commerce, online retail, digital marketing, online marketplace or FMCG environment
• You must have a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing, SEO, SEM etc.
• A demonstrated ability in working with complex data-sets across both quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Outstanding reporting skills - proven experience in the design, development and automation of a reporting suite
• Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Mathematics, IT, Statistics and Digital Marketing would be highly regarded
• Outstanding IT skills with advanced experience in Excel, Microsoft Power BI, ERP systems or similar
• Strong commercial thinking, a willingness to question, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Be creative, resourceful, organized and able to work in fast-paced environment
