Hireup is an online platform and community for people with disability and their families to find, hire and manage support workers that fit their needs and share their interests. The Hireup team is focused on delivering a quality experience for our users, at the heart of which is our Service team. Comprising our Community Support, Trust and Safety and Incident Response teams, the Service team is responsible for the wellbeing and satisfaction of our users. As frontline staff, our Service team listens with intent and responds with integrity in its efforts to ensure our users feel heard, supported and satisfied.

We are now looking for a Specialised Support Administrator to join our growing Service team! This role will assist in the design, implementation and review of how Hireup delivers complex support.

Priorities - the work: 
  • Engage with the Hireup community with specialised support requirements to gather important information to ensure their supports are safe and effective 
  • Work with the Specialised Support team to ensuring best practice, reporting concerns, risks, and areas of improvement opportunities
  • Assist Specialised Support lead with internal reporting for users with specialised support requirements
Skills - the person
  • Strong connection to, or interest in building an understanding of the Australian disability sector and community
  • Process driven with a strong eye for detail
  • Great communicator with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Exhibit adaptability, resilience, transparency, trustworthiness, passion and innate curiosity 
  • Strong understanding of the importance of privacy and trust within the company
  • Approach work with high-energy, drive and internal motivation
