The Sales Specialist is responsible for turning leads into successful Customers/Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out via outbound calls to potential customers to gather information, understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Hold/give presentations and discussions with prospective Clients to understand and fulfil their needs and requirements
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customers/clients
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction and issues that need to be flagged for follow up
  • Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully advertise products
  • Keep updated regarding products, services and solutions offering, industry and customer trends, challenges and initiatives.
  • Take part in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and routine training
  • Meet and exceed KPI targets set by the Client

Skills and Qualifications

  • Years of experience working in Sales/Business Development preferred
  • At least 3 years of Outbound sales, Lead generation and/or appointment setting experience preferred
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets/KPIs
  • Experience with CRM, Office365 and LinkedIn/Social Media preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers
  • Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Delivers positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward prospects and customers at all times.
