The role of HR Specialist is to support the entire HR team in providing a credible and reliable service to its customers and stakeholders in all employment related matters. This role involves the use of personal data, and requires the person to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Database & payrolls
• Entering new joiners, leavers, salary increases and any other changes to employee details onto ADP HR System
• Compile payroll reports as requested

Recruitment
• Upkeep of Eploy Recruitment system
• Prepare and administer employment documents including offer letters, contracts, references, pensions, benefits and any other documents as necessary
• Monitor the probationary review process and administer supporting documentation

General
• Employee benefit communication and administration
• Manage online exit, employee and compensation surveys
• Manage our Perkbox benefits platform
• Support projects and ad hoc reporting for team
• Manage exit questionnaires, employee survey administration and collation of results
• Keep all HR databases up to date
• Run monthly reports to monitor KPI`s
• Support the HR team in researching and developing existing and new policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of E-Learning material
• Ensure full compliance with Data processing rules and regulations
• Other tasks as may be reasonably requested by line manager from time to time

Skills and Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience working in Human Resource or related field
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, specifically Word and Excel, along with an ability to learn and develop new systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail, time management sand ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with flexibility
• Used to working and maintaining confidential information and highest levels of data security
• Proven Team player with high level of self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate initiative
