The Role
A Wealth Management Associate is required to assist the Advisers ensuring the efficient functioning of their advisory business, dealing with clients of the firm and helping maintain AFA compliance records to a high standard. This is a challenging, exciting and diverse position, which would be suitable to someone who enjoys the financial markets. An deal candidate would currently be employed in this position or have experience/background in Financial Services Industry. Some of the role requirements are:
  • Maintaining accurate client records
  • Following up on client trades to ensure delivery and settlements take place
  • New client liaison – account opening/AML/compliance requirements
  • New Issue/IPO collation and reconciliation
  • Keeping up to date on NZX rules and regulations and Jarden compliance procedures
About You
We are looking for an Associate with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards of services to our clients. We are looking for the following skills;
  • Financial Services/understanding of Market terminology and knowledge
  • Share registries processes (NZ, Australia and Overseas)
  • Up to date Regulatory/Compliance and AML knowledge in accordance with Jarden policies and procedures and industry standards
