- Advisor to Fonterra on sale of Tip Top ice cream to Froneri for NZ$380m
- Advisor to CBA on the sale of Sovereign Insurance

The Opportunity 
Due to our continued growth, we have identified a need within our Investment Banking team for two new Analyst positions.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assistance on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions, and strategic and valuation advisory
  • Development of financial models to inform valuation and transaction-related advice
  • Perform a range of valuation methods: comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF and LBO analysis
  • Prepare and review materials relevant to advisory and transaction assignments (e.g. Information Memoranda, Investor Presentations, Board Reports)
 
About You 
We are looking for experienced professionals who can bring market knowledge, expertise, and be able to hit the ground running. To be considered for either of these roles you will have gained solid experience from within a recognised Investment Bank, or corporate finance team within a big 4 accounting firm. 
 
Additionally you will have: 
 
  • A minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience
  • A tertiary qualification (Finance major preferred)
  • Competence and confidence to work in a fast paced environment
