  • Joint Lead manager for Auckland Airport on its landmark $1.2b recapitalisation
  • Advisor to Metlifecare on its response to a $1.5b takeover offer from EQT
  • Adviser to Contact Energy on $400m equity raise to support funding of Tauhara geothermal investment
  • Joint Lead Manager for Kathmandu, Augusta, Sky City, Asset Plus and Synlait on their equity raises in 2020
  • Advisor to NAB on its sale of BNZ Life to Partners Life
  • Advisor to Kathmandu on the A$350m acquisition of Rip Curl, and Lead Manager and Underwriter on associated NZ$145m equity raise.
  • Advisor to Fonterra on sale of Tip Top ice cream to Froneri for NZ$380m.
  • Advisor to CBA on the sale of Sovereign Insurance for A$3.8b
  • Joint Lead Manager to Arvida Group on its NZ$92m equity raise to part fund the acquisition of new villages in Tauranga and Queenstown.
Application criteria:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (complete, or nearing completion)
  • Exceptional university grades
  • Demonstrable interest in business and finance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Sound analytical skills
  • All candidates must have the legal right to work in New Zealand (including, if necessary, a work visa)
