STS Group NZ and STS Group International are growing at a rapid rate! We have some exceptional partnerships already underway and are now ready to add to our team. We’re looking for smart, energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will be someone who can jump in on a project already running, or spearhead a new project alongside our existing team. You are someone who loves a challenge and is open to work across varied industries - from Healthcare to Horse Racing, Environmental & Civil Engineering, with even some scope to work across the blue-collar sector. We love a good Tradie!
At STS Group, we want you doing what you’re good at, and what you enjoy doing – so this role has No Sales Calls! (Really? Yes!). No “warm desk” talk, no stuffy KPI’s! We work, we deliver what we promise to our partners – That is all the KPI’s needed.
In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have your clients found and introduced to you, you just need to make the magic happen for all that wonderful talent out there. Again – no sales!
These are brand-new additional roles in a fun new organisation, the opportunities will grow as much as you want to, and there is SO much room to progress.
Who are you?
You will have proven experience successfully talent sourcing or recruiting in any sector (we won’t judge), either internally or from an Agency. You'll be someone who loves connecting with talent but who is also keen to really immerse yourself in business. This is more than just your standard sourcing role. We want you to become part of the STS Family – and we want to see proof that you can really understand the business that you are working with.
We are pretty open & like to think we do OK spotting talent, so let's have a chat if you have the following:

We are fairly new, but collectively with our experience, we've been around a while. Our team is what some may describe as small but mighty - we're growing very quickly…
We love to challenge the status quo, particularly when it comes to talent acquisition - we believe that traditional methods are obsolete and this is not sustainable for our partners. We have a bunch of new solutions in our skunkworks so it’s an exciting time to become part of a disruptive team
